Sport A Kilt and Enjoy A Complimentary Pint at AGAINN
During Scottish Tartan Week 2010

AGAINN will be dishing up the national dish of Scotland and $5 signature cocktails to help celebrate Scottish Tartan Week, April 3-10.

Tartan Week honors the anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Arbroath in 1320, and is a day set aside for the celebration of Scottish influence. Almost 700 years later, Scotts commemorate with a week of festivities across Scotland including haggis hurling and ceilidhs to golf tournaments and historical re-enactment of the Signing of the Declaration of Arbroath.

Guests will want to make sure they try Chef Wesley Morton’s signature Haggis served with classic Neeps and Tatties (Turnips and Mashed Potatoes) which pairs well with affordable cocktails such as the Tartan Swizzles made from a combination of Scotch, club soda, fresh lime, simple syrup and bitters and the Rob Roy made with Famous Grouse, Dolin Rouge, brandied cherry and a dash of bitters.

Guests who come to the restaurant dressed in a kilt will be given a complimentary pint of Brewdog Dogma Scottish Ale throughout the week!
